When creating templates under "Library" tab you are asked to add a role before completing the form, for example: "Buyer" or "Seller". The system will now auto-populate the email address for the role added to the template from within any transaction. Please make sure the role names, for example buyer/seller under "users and contacts" tab match what is in the template created before sending the document for e-signature.

  1. Please add the contact to transaction;
  2. Give a role (same role used in E-sign template);
  3. Add template;
