The Custom Email Template feature allows you to upload your office email templates into the Brokermint email system within minutes! With this important new functionality you can add any number of email templates that are used in your business – covering every step of the real estate transaction process. With an easy to use pull down menu, system admins or agents can choose the correct template, which instantly populates an email with critical transaction information.

To be able to use the listed below short codes please navigate to the Fields tab, select Email templates and click Add template button. 

Add required short codes to the template.

Once template is created it can be used for sending emails. It will automatically generate the information according to the short codes used.

$(custom_id) - transaction ID
$(price) - transaction price
$(closing_date) - projected closing date of the transaction

$(created_at) - the date when transaction was created in Brokermint
