Overview
BoldTrail BackOffice dashboard allows you to present various types of information side-by-side using widgets, such as:
Content widget which allows you to enter and format text, imagery, and videos
Links widget that helps you store important web pages lists
Recent transactions widget that displays your most recently created transactions
Goal tracking widget to show agent's their goal progress from the perspective of different metrics
How do I edit a widget on the dashboard?
If your account has the "Can manage dashboard widgets" permission enabled, you can edit the content within individual widgets directly. For activation or removal requests, please contact our support team.
Why can't I edit the Dashboard page in the menu?
If you can't edit the Dashboard page in the menu, contact your local admin. They should enable the needed permission for a user. Users with the "Can manage dashboard widgets" permission can edit widget content directly, while other changes may require additional permissions or support team involvement.
