Total gross commission (TGC) is a gross commission earned by both buying the side and the listing side. However, many brokerages only input the gross commission of the side(s) they are representing.

To change the total gross commission, within your transaction go to the Commissions tab and click the TOTAL GROSS amount at the top of the page. Within the pop-up window, you'll be able to adjust the TGC.
