If the link redirects you to your dashboard instead of the password reset page, it means you are still signed in. Right-click the link and select "Open in an incognito or private window" to ensure that the reset page opens correctly.
Alternatively, open the reset link directly in an incognito or private browsing window of your web browser to avoid session or cache issues. This ensures that the reset page loads correctly.
Step 3: Set a New Password Follow the prompts on the password reset page to create and confirm a new password.
Ensure that the link included in the email is functional and opens the correct password reset page.
