To set yourself as the Buying side of a transaction, follow the steps from the How to create a transaction article.
You should set a Pending status for your transaction in step 1.
In step 2, you'll be able to select yourself or the company as the Buying side.
Once you've selected the Buying side please remember to add yourself as an agent by clicking Add agent/commission link.
