Acceptance date - is a date when listing goes under contract.
Agent commission - is net commission, amount that agent has after all deductions.
Award allocation - is a starting gross commission % for an agent. If there is only 1 agent usually he will have a commission allocation of 100%.
Closing date - is a date when listing has been closed.
Commission basis - is a gross commission amount assigned to that agent from their award allocation %.
Company dollar contribution - is what agent contributed to the office income (for example 80% - 20% split, 20% is what agent contributed to company).
Company split - is % of the split that goes to the company.

Creation date - is a date when listing is created in "Brokermint".
Expiration date - is a date when listing expires.
Gross Commission - is a total gross commission earned by both buying side and listing side, combined.
Important date - is dynamic and shows expiration date for "listing" and closing date for "pending".
Listing date - is a date the listing term begins. Typically a date that the listing agreement has been signed by all parties.
Month to date - is a period starting at the beginning of the current month and ending at the current date.
Month of the acceptance date - anytime an acceptance date is defined in a transaction, it will be the base of the metric for that entire month. For example, if acceptance date is 1st of January, 2019 it will count the entire month of January before it resets.
Request initiator - is a role which can be left on while creating templates in the library. The request initiator is whoever sends the Library template out for signature. The Request Initiator can also complete any fields assigned to them before sending out the form to other signers.
Sales volume - is a metric used by brokerages to track sales. Sales volume is equivalent to sales price but can be divvied out amongst multiple agents on a deal.
Since last anniversary - anniversary date is always defined in user profiles. Sliding scale will reset on each individual agent's anniversary date.
Side income - is award allocation for the side. The difference between side income and commission basis is that commission basis can be reduced if any pre-split deductions take place. Commission basis can be defined as side income minus any pre-commission deductions from the brokerage.
Total gross commission (TGC) - is a gross commission earned by both buying side and listing side, combined. However, many brokerages only input the gross commission of the side(s) they are representing.
Transaction owner - is a one who created the transaction. You can change the owner in users and contacts within the transaction.
Transaction points - sliding scale is based on the quantity of transactions closed by the agent.
Year to date (YTD) - is a period starting from the beginning of the current year and continuing up to the present day
