When creating templates you are asked to add a role before completing the form; for example; Buyer or Seller. The system will now auto-populate the email address for the role added to the template from within any transaction. Please make sure the role names, for example buyer/seller in users and contacts match what is in the template created before sending the document for e-signature.

  1. Please add the contact to transaction
  2. Give role (same role used in E-sign template)
  3. Add template
