Filter transaction reports by agent name

Filter Custom Transaction reports by individual agent names and see all users attached to each transaction. Useful for reviewing agent activity, preparing for 1:1s, or auditing transactions by team member.

How to add the Users column

  1. Navigate to Reports > any of them Custom Reports > Configure

  2. On the Columns block, click add column and select Users

  3. Drag to order the columns at your convenience, then click Save

Report now displays a Users column showing all agents attached to each transaction.

How to filter by agent name

Within your report, click users · any, then select one or multiple users. After selection, report will show only transactions where selected agents are involved (regardless of their role).

When a transaction has several agents, names display as a comma-separated list.

  1. If the list is too long, names truncate with a ▼ icon

  2. Click ▼ to expand and see all names

  3. Click ▲ to collapse back to compact view

Common scenarios

Prepare for an agent 1:1

Pull one agent's transaction history before a coaching conversation or performance review.

  1. Open your standard transaction report (or create a custom one)

  2. Click users · any

  3. Select the agent and click Apply

  4. Filter by closing date if needed

  5. Review the filtered results

Compare workload across multiple agents

See transaction distribution across your team to identify who's overloaded or underutilized.

  1. Go to Reports > Custom Reports

  2. Click Configure, then on the Columns section add:

    • Users

    • Status

    • Closing date

    • Any other relevant columns

  3. On the Filters block, click add filter and select Users

  4. Select multiple agents you want to compare

  5. Click Save

  6. Sort by Users column to group transactions by agent

Export agent data

Generate a clean CSV of agent transactions for commission processing or external reporting.

Steps:

  1. Go to the needed report within Reports > Custom Reports > Configure

  2. Click add filter and select Users and Custom optional date

  3. Click add column and add:

    • Users

    • Closing date

    • Address

    • Any other fields accounting needs

  4. Click Save

  5. Select the agents you need data for

  6. Set the Custom optional date range to the reporting period

  7. Click Export

CSV file with all agent names in a single cell, comma-separated. Ready to send to accounting.
