Compliance AI is an add-on from our partner SetWave. It reviews the documents your agents submit for review in BoldTrail BackOffice and finds errors, so your team doesn’t have to check every page by hand.
It checks names, dates, addresses, signatures and required fields. It also checks that the documents in a transaction match each other and flags any that are missing. Agents get a list of errors, usually within 10 minutes.
How it works
The agent clicks Submit for Review in BoldTrail BackOffice, the same as today.
Compliance AI reviews the documents automatically.
The agent gets an email listing the errors. Each error links to the field that needs fixing.
The agent fixes the errors and submits again. Compliance AI only reviews the documents that failed or are new.
The result (approved or rejected) and the comments are saved on the transaction in BoldTrail BackOffice.
If an agent uploads several documents as one file, Compliance AI splits them up for you.
Where to find Compliance AI in BoldTrail BackOffice
Approve docs page: click the Compliance AI button next to “AI document review” to open your brokerage’s Compliance AI account.
Transaction comments: comments from Compliance AI include links. Click a link to open the review for that document.
Add-ons: Compliance AI has its own page under Add-ons, where you can manage your review workflows.
How to get it
Compliance AI is a paid add-on. To get it, fill out the Compliance AI request form or book a meeting with the SetWave team. SetWave will set up a short call to configure your brokerage’s account.

Does an admin need to start the review?
No. Reviews run on their own. Admins only step in when something needs a decision.
Where do I see the results?
