Users who have access to the Library can create eSignature templates that agents can use in any transaction. They will be able to pull each template as needed to any place on their checklist.
What is an eSignature template?
An eSignature template is a reusable eSignature document that is pre-formatted and set up the way you need. You can set up eSignature templates for frequently used forms and re-use them whenever you need.
Why do I need eSignature templates?
eSignature templates are helpful for forms or documents that you need to sign or send for signature on multiple occasions. With templates, you can automate the eSignature process and reduce errors when sending documents for eSignature.
How do I create an eSignature template?
How do I pull (populate) data from other fields for eSigning a document?
When editing a template in your company Library, the editing modal window will have a Populate with... option displayed.
This feature allows you to pull the various types of data when editing the eSign package within the transaction, such as:
Transaction or property fields data
Dates
Commissions
Contacts
Company or office info
Custom fields (located in the Other section)
