To integrate Google Calendar to your BoldTrail BackOffice account, go to User > Add-ons > Google Calendar > Get started and proceed with connecting your Google account.
Before you start
You need access to the Google calendar you want to use.
You should know if you want events for only your transactions or all transactions.
Configure the workflow
After connecting your BTBO and Google accounts, you'll be redirected to the configuration page to adjust:
Milestone dates to track (which transaction dates create events)
Transactions to process (assigned to you, or all transactions)
Who to invite (no one, transaction users, or transaction users plus contacts)
“Transactions closed in the last X days…” (how far back to pull closed deals when you first turn it on)
Event template (event title and details)
When all set, click Activate Sync.
