If you see that your personal pipeline is showing $0, please check the following parameters:
Filters (Check the filter on the top right-hand side of the page and make sure it is set to My net income or My sales volume;
If you are still seeing $0 please get in touch with your admin to check commissions. If you have not added yourself properly to commissions as the agent, then your pipeline will not show the dollar amount;
If you see that your pipeline is showing $0 on the company level, please make sure to check your filters. You want them to set your office net, office sales volume, or office gross.
