Personal and Company Reports
Updated over a week ago

The Reports system has undergone a comprehensive reorganization, prioritizing improved advantages for our users. This update encompasses three key elements: a revamped structure, permission changes, and an update on report naming conventions.

No changes have occurred to the content of reports; any custom reports will continue to appear at the top of the list.

What's new with the structure?

Now, the updated structure brings forth Company reports and Personal reports, offering tailored advantages to our users.

Users can delve into personalized reports specific to their assigned transactions while admins gain access to comprehensive company-wide insights. This evolution introduces not just a refined system but also enhanced user benefits.

Introducing new categories

Also, we're making a change to our standard reports structure to enhance accessibility and usability. Our goal is to provide a more organized and structured approach to accessing reports, catering to the growing demand for clarity and ease of navigation within our extensive report library.

With this change, we're introducing distinct categories to streamline your search for relevant reports. These categories include:

  • Listings

  • Transactions

  • Financial

  • Company Performance

  • Agent Performance

  • Transaction Coordination

  • Compliance

  • Roster

Introducing Personal reports

The Agent Client Report serves as a comprehensive reflection of transactions on a user level. This report provides a detailed overview of contact information and transaction counts for all users and contacts involved as buyer or seller participants in transactions where the user is also a participant.

The Agent Pendings Detail report offers a snapshot of essential information related to pending transactions. Users can access basic transaction details, sales volume, agent gross, and agent net for all pending transactions where they represent one of the sides. Totals for all transactions are conveniently displayed at the bottom of the report, providing a clear summary.

Similar to the Agent Pendings Detail report, the Agent Production Detail report showcases information about closed transactions. Users can review details such as sales volume, agent gross, and agent net for transactions that have reached completion. This report provides insights into the user's performance in successfully closed deals, with summarized totals presented at the report's conclusion.

What's new with permissions?

Before, access to reports fell under one permission, "Can access company reports," dividing them into standard and custom categories.

Now, with the transition to two separate permissions—"Can access personal reports" and "Can access company reports"—users benefit from more precise and personalized access. This change allows for deeper insights and smoother operations.

What's new with report naming conventions?

We've restructured and renamed the titles to enhance visibility and establish a more logical hierarchy. With the updated naming and categories, navigating between financial, operational, and transactional reports will be seamless and intuitive.
