How to create a custom view

If you would like to set up a custom view on your transactions page you can do this by:

  1. Select green lettering next to the current view and click Create new.

  2. Enter the name for the specific filter view and set up the headline filter.

  3. Select the status you would like to see and add filters as needed.

Once the Save button is clicked the new view will become available at the drop-down list. If you would like to edit the settings of the view you just need to select Edit view.

The following Columns are available for custom transaction views:

  1. Acceptance date

  2. Closing date

  3. Date created

  4. Expiration date

  5. ID

  6. Important date

  7. Listing date

  8. Office gross

  9. Office net

  10. Owner

  11. Price

  12. Representing

  13. Status

  14. TGC

  15. Type

The following Filters are available for custom transaction views:

  1. Acceptance date

  2. Attention

  3. Closing date

  4. Date created

  5. Expiration date

  6. Important date

  7. Listing date

  8. Owner

  9. Representing

  10. Status

  11. Type

From now on, you can also select a pre-listing option when filtering transaction statuses.

To find transactions by document approval status please use the Task List or Document review status report
