We're thrilled to introduce a seamless integration of the full web experience for managing buyer offers directly into our mobile platform. Now, you can effortlessly create and handle buyer offers right from your fingertips. Our "I want to..." menu simplifies offer management, putting powerful tools and features just a tap away. This update empowers you to take control of your buyer offers with ease, providing a streamlined and efficient experience.
How do I create a buyer offer on the mobile app?
Within your app, tap the Buyer offers icon at the bottom menu and tap the "+" icon at the top-righ of the screen. Select whether you want to Create new from scratch or Search MLS transaction instead.
Then, you will be prompted to fill out the basic info of your offer, where all fields except the "Closing" date are required.
Tap Next and fill out the required and optional fields located in the dropdown menus.
Tap Next and set the "Buyer" and "Buyer agent" contacts. You can also assign additional contacts by tapping the Add contact link above.
When all set, tap Create. You will be redirected to your new buyer offer page.
How does the "I want to..." button work on the mobile app?
Buyer offer's page on the mobile app leverages the one-button-for-all experience, which means that the I want to... button at the bottom of the page is your place to go for all related actions.
Let's dive deeper into each of them.
Add checklist
Tap Add checklist, select the needed template, and tick the checkbox if you want the new checklist tasks override the existing tasks in the offer. When done, new tasks will appear at the top of "I want to..." actions menu, marked by a small yellow circle.
Manage tasks
There are two places where tasks are located โ the "I want to..." menu and buyer offer's activity feed. Think of the first ones as the to-dos, while the latter are intended to be viewed as acted or completed.
Tapping the task from the "I want to..." menu will move it to the activity feed. Tapping the three-dots icon on the tasks located in activity feed and selecting Hide option will move it back to the "I want to..." menu.
Add comment
When selected, insert a Note text, then tap Add comment when done. The result will be displayed in the activity feed.
Mark as
As well as all the other functionalities, this feature works the same way as on the web interface. You can either accept, reject, or withdraw an offer.
When marking the offer as accepted, you will be prompted to create a transaction from the buyer offer. Close the modal window if you don't want to do it at the moment. This option will always be available through the orange button in the activity feed.

This option allows you to send an email to any of your users or contacts.
Upload document
Use the Upload document menu to upload the file from your local storage, take a photo, or choose an image from the Gallery.
Create eSign package
This option allows you to create the eSign package right within the buyer offer.
Edit contacts
Use this feature to configure the contacts within your buyer offer. Select the "Add contact" link to add a new one, and tap the "X" icon in order to delete one. Tap Save once you're done.
Edit offer
This functionality lets you edit the offer details, from the basic info fields to required and optional ones.
Delete
This option deletes the offer. Please keep in mind that this action is irreversible. All buyer offer assets, including documents, checklists, and activity will be permanently deleted.
