BoldTrail BackOffice mobile app lets you save important documents or photos on your phone to your transaction's Unsorted folder.
How do I share documents or photos with BoldTrail BackOffice through the mobile app?
Open the required file and tap the "Share" icon
Among the apps, select BoldTrail BackOffice
In an opened screen, you must select the Transaction as a destination.
Once selected, you can either select the Unsorted folder or Checklist task, if available. When everything is set, tap Send to BackOffice.
You'll see a real-time upload progress bar. Do not close the app while file is uploading.
When done, you can either Open file within the mobile app or Close the screen.
Sharing documents to the company library and buyer offers are coming soon but are not yet available. They'll also be under the Save to dropdown when live.
