Customizing your Users page view

Updated this week

Find the right agents faster. The Users page lets you choose which columns to display, sort your list, and save your setup. If you've used custom views on Transactions or Contacts, this works the same way.

What you'll see

When you open the Users page, you'll see four columns by default:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Status (Active and Onboarding users shown; Former users hidden)

  • Role

Three preset views are ready to use: Active (default), Onboarding, and Former.

How to customize your views

Add or remove columns

  1. Click current view > Edit view

  2. Click add columns for the columns you want to see; click "x" to remove those you don't

  3. When all set, click Save

Column

What it shows

Reports To

The office the agent reports to

Birthday

Agent's date of birth

Anniversary

Date the agent joined your brokerage

Phone Number

Primary contact number

Team

Team assignment (if applicable)

License Expiration

When the agent's license expires

Pro tips:

  • The Active, Onboarding, and Former views handle most daily needs.

  • Name views by task. "License Check" is clearer than "My Custom View 2"

  • Only add what you need for the task at hand.

  • Sort by both Status and Reports To to narrow down quickly.

  • Keep your dropdown clean by removing views you no longer use.

Sort your list

Click a column header to sort the table by that column in ascending or descending order.

Create new view

  1. Click current view > Create new...

  2. Click add column for the columns you want to see; click "x" to remove those you don't.

  3. When all set, click Save

Your saved views appear in the view dropdown. Switch between them anytime.
