How to download a transaction archive

Every time a transaction is closed in BoldTrail BackOffice, a zip archive file is sent to the owner of the BoldTrail BackOffice account. If that link has not been getting used, you can request this link manually within your transaction by going to Documents > Action > Download All. Within a few minutes, you'll have an archive of the whole transaction delivered to your inbox. Additionally, BoldTrail BackOffice supports integrations with Dropbox and Google Drive for exporting transaction files. These integrations allow for automated backups and are particularly useful for larger-scale exports.

Overview of Export Options

BoldTrail BackOffice offers three primary methods for exporting transaction files:

  1. Manual Download for Individual Transactions

  2. Cloud Storage Integrations (Dropbox or Google Drive)

  3. Workarounds for Bulk Exports

Once the email comes in, click Download archive to receive the zip file. Note that the email delivery may take up to an hour depending on server load.

The archive download link expires in 7 days. For cloud storage integrations, files are stored indefinitely as per the storage provider's policies.
