Every time a transaction is closed in BoldTrail BackOffice, a zip archive file is sent to the owner of the BoldTrail BackOffice account. If that link has not been getting used, you can request this link manually within your transaction by going to Documents > Action > Download All. Within a few minutes, you'll have an archive of the whole transaction delivered to your inbox.
Once the email comes in, click Download archive to receive the zip file.
The archive download link expires in 7 days.
