  2. From the left-side menu bar, click on 'Company.'

  3. Select the 'Replace logo' option.

  4. Follow the prompts to upload your desired logo, ensuring the file meets any required specifications.

What Happens When You Change the Logo?

If you're experiencing any issues:

  1. Ensure the correct account or subaccount is being updated.

  2. Verify that the logo file meets the required format and size specifications.

  3. Wait at least 15 minutes for the logo to propagate across all documents. If the issue persists, contact BoldTrail BackOffice support for prompt assistance.

How do I configure the eSign certificate email attachment?

This functionality requires the ‘Can manage company settings’ permission enabled.

Once a package is completed, you can manage whether the eSign certificate is included in the email sent to all parties.

Under the Settings section, go to Company and switch the Attach eSign certificate upon completion toggle. When enabled, the email sent to all parties will include the eSign certificate upon completion.
