Overview

BoldTrail BackOffice allows you to integrate DocuSign to eliminate double entry and streamline your document management:

  • Connect your DocuSign account and access e-signature packages

  • Navigate through e-signature packages and select documents

  • Single click document download from DocuSign to your BoldTrail BackOffice transaction

How do I integrate DocuSign with BoldTrail BackOffice?

  1. Within any transaction, go to Documents > Unsorted > Add document > Pull from Docusign > Sign in to DocuSign

  2. Proceed with DocuSign platform login

  3. When redirected back to the transaction page, select Add document > Pull from DocuSign and select the required documents

Once uploaded, your files will appear in the Unsorted folder.

Select the Assign to... option of your document to quickly assign it to the related checklist.
