How to exempt a document

If a checklist document doesn't apply to a particular transaction, you can request an exemption. Once the admin receives this request, they will either approve or reject it and you will get an email notification.

To exempt a document, go to Documents > Required document and select Exempt on the right-side panel. After requesting an exemption, you'll see the document status change to 'exemption requested.'
