BoldTrail BackOffice allows users to receive email notifications about their tasks due inside a transaction. This way, your agents can be reminded of documents and checklist tasks that need to be completed.

Go to the Notifications page and switch the toggle.

Now you will receive notifications about the transaction's tasks assigned to you. Navigate through each notification type, see a brief description and enable them too at your convenience.
