RE/MAX Franchise Reporting Integration
RE/MAX Franchise Reporting Integration
Updated over a week ago

Overview

Handling data through alternative back-office solutions or manual entry can be challenging, leading to errors and delays in billing and agent recognition. But with the RE/MAX add-on, we're changing that. Streamlined monthly statistics submission means no more double-entry or manual reconciliation, ensuring accurate billing and award recognition.

Plus, real-time insights into production statistics guarantee no missing transactions or commissions for RE/MAX, enhancing business operations and agent engagement. Say goodbye to the hassle and hello to a smoother, more efficient way of managing your RE/MAX business.

Recommended integration switch date

For a smooth transition, we recommend making the switch to our new RE/MAX reporting solution on the first day of the month. Here's why:

  • On the last day of the previous month, finish up your reporting for that month using your current method (CSV upload or manual reporting). This ensures all transactions from the previous month are properly accounted for.

  • Then, on the 1st day of the new month, you can start fresh with our integration! All transactions closed in the new month will be automatically reported through our seamless API connection. No more double-entry, no more errors.

  • Making this a "clean cut" on the 1st gives you a fresh start in the new month, while still allowing you to wrap up the previous month's reporting correctly. It's the best way to transition without any data getting missed or muddled.

Set up the integration for the first time

  1. Go to Add-ons > RE/MAX > Get Started

  2. Enter your RE/MAX brokerage master ID and click Connect

  3. When successfully connected, you will see a new RE/MAX tab under the TO-DO section. This is where you will resolve conflicts and access the transaction history.

Filter reports for selected offices and transaction types

On the Filters tab, you'll see a section for Offices and Transaction type reports. Switch the toggle in the Report to RE/MAX column to either include or exclude specific office or transaction type from being reported to RE/MAX. Offices with the Off toggle status will not be reported to RE/MAX.

Match offices and fields

It's possible to connect only one Brokermint subaccount to multiple RE/MAX offices, but the opposite scenario is not supported.

For some cases, offices and fields are automatically matched by default. Also, when an agent's full name and email match between Brokermint and RE/MAX platforms, they are automatically linked, streamlining the integration process.

For offices that haven't been automatically matched, you'll find them listed with the designation "not matched". This option allows you to identify and adjust entities that require manual matching for complete integration.

Click the "not matched" and select the corresponding RE/MAX entity.

Match agents and report under team leads

When matching an agent, you'll first be prompted to select whether it is an active agent, or not. For the active agent, there are two matching scenarios:

  1. If the agent is not a part of any team, their stats will be reported under their individual agent ID.

  2. If the agent is a part of the team, you'll be able to select whether you want their stats to be reported:

    1. under their individual agent ID

    2. under the team lead (tick the "Reported under..." checkbox)

Agents whose stats are reported under their team lead will have the corresponding note in the RE/MAX Agent column:

Pro Tips

  • By default, the Agents tab displays only the active agents list.

  • To view all agents, click the Show Inactive checkbox at the top of the section.

  • To hide agents you don't want to see in the list, set their status as inactive

View the transaction history

  1. Under the TO DO section, go to RE/MAX > History tab, where you will find folders corresponding to each month of the year.

  2. Click on the folder corresponding to the desired month to access the transaction data exchange logs for that specific period.

  3. Within each folder, you can review the log of all actions related to transaction data exchange, providing valuable insights into the history and details of transactions.

Resolve transaction sync conflicts

  1. Under the TO DO section, go to RE/MAX > Conflicts tab.

  2. Click on the specific failed sync action to view its details and underlying causes.

  3. To resolve the conflict, select the appropriate instances on the right tab.

  4. Once every conflict is resolved, click Confirm. The changes will be pushed soon, but not immediately.
