Adding a mention

followed by any letter in the comment boxSelect a user from the dropdown list
Complete your message and post
Mentioning users not in the transaction
If you mention someone who doesn't have access to the transaction:
A pop-up will ask if you want to add them to the transaction
Choose their role (if applicable) and click "Add"
They'll get email notifications and can now view and reply to comments
Viewing the mentioned users
Hover over any mentioned name to see their user info
Click the name to pin the info card for a few seconds
All mentioned users appear in the Contacts section below the comments
Notifications
Mentioned users receive email notifications with:
Location details (task, document, or transaction)
Comment content
All mentions appear in both the General Activity and Transaction Activity pages
