To enter an active buyer into a transaction, you should set up a new transaction type called 'Active Buyer'. Go to Fields > Transaction types and click the Add item button on the right panel.

Once you set up an 'Active Buyer' transaction type, start creating a transaction from Transactions > Create transaction. In a pop-up window, click the default Traditional sale dropdown and select your new 'Active Buyer' option.
