BoldTrail BackOffice Company Library design has been rethought from the ground up. Now, it presents a simpler, smoother, and intuitive way to group and manage your files.

Folders now have an all-new design allowing you to see content in a more structured way. You'll see exactly how many files are in your folders, their uploading progress, and you can upload files from your computer in a click.

Now you can perform certain tasks within folders or files without opening them. Simply click the three-dot icon within the folder, or hover over the needed icon when opening the document.

This feature allows you to quickly transfer fields and their assigned values from one PDF to another when working with duplicate documents in the library. This helps you ensure that all form fields, annotations, and data bindings are consistently applied across similar PDFs, saving time and reducing manual input errors.

Select the document from your Library and click the Copy markup button on the right tab. Then, select the document to which you want to apply the markup. The system will automatically transfer the form fields and their values. Once the process is complete, refresh the page to see the applied forms on the new PDF document.

The new design gives you a nice visual structure, so you can now easily rearrange or transfer files between folders simply by dragging and dropping them.
