Red-marked transactions are the ones that need adjustments. This may happen because of:

  1. Past due documents or tasks

  2. Rejected documents or tasks

  3. An expired transaction

  4. Transaction overdue

When you navigate to the transaction, it will show you whether there are outdated documents or the listing is expired.

To check what documents are past due, please navigate to the checklist of the required transaction, where you will find these items marked in red. You can complete these tasks by uploading the required documents or adjusting the due dates by clicking the Edit task button and readjusting the Deadline.

Transaction overdue happens when the closing date has passed but the deal is still open. To solve this issue you should either close the transaction or adjust the closing date.

Enter the required Expiration date and hit the Save button.
